The first of my MLM training secrets is to set goals. Goals are dreams set to paper. Think about what you want out of network marketing and then set goals to achieve those dreams.
Be specific; don’t just say I want a new car. Pick the make, model, and color. How much is it going to cost? If you want to make more money, Why? Is it so you can quit your job?
The more specific you are the more powerful and real your goals will be, and the more motivation you will have to achieve them.
Your goals should be big enough to keep you awake at night and big enough to get you out of bead in the morning.
MLM Training Secrets 2
The second of my MLM training secrets is to expect to win. If you don’t expect to win you wont discipline yourself to make the phone calls, read the books, and do the work it takes to be successful.
Did you know that every time legendary football player Walter Payton got the ball he expected to score a touchdown? He didn’t, but he expected to… and he did it enough to make it believable.
Do you think Olympic athletes are surprised when they win a gold medal?
Not a chance! They have seen themselves win the gold medal hundreds of times in their head! They go through years of preparation. Do you think they would do that if they didn’t think they could win?
Of course not!
That’s how your attitude has to be. You need to see yourself winning. Practice giving your speech on stage in the shower. Accept that award! Tell all the people in the audience how it was a struggle but you hung on and now look where you are.
You have to see yourself being successful before you can be successful.
MLM Training Secrets 3
A big part of building a huge network marketing business is sponsoring the right people. That is the third of my network marketing training secrets.
Anthony Robbins says that if you ask enough of the right people, enough of the right questions, you will get enough of the right answers.
He doesn’t say ask anyone, he says the right people. The first thing to understand is that not everyone is right for your business.
Realizing that will save you a lot of frustration… Usually it’s easier to sponsor the right person than the wrong person.
Have you ever noticed how the person who hates his or her job, and needs more money can be the hardest to get to look at your opportunity.
That’s just how life works… people are like water, they take the path of least resistance.
So who should you sponsor?
Look for people who are reliable, someone who does what they say they’re going to do. You want people who are coachable, someone who will take direction. Look for people who are industrious and easy to talk to.
Talking to the right people can make all the difference.
MLM Training Secrets 4
The fourth of my MLM training secrets is to talk to a lot of people.

You can’t join this industry and talk to 3 people and expect to build an empire. You need to be talking to new prospects every day about your business.
The more people you talk to about your business each day the faster your business will grow.
